Short version: you buy a digital download, you can use it in your own business and for your clients, and you do not resell the files. The details are below.
Who we are
The Boring Works ("we", "us") runs theboringworks.com and sells digital business systems: SOPs, templates, planners, marketing strategies, and playbooks. We created these products ourselves and sell them directly. Questions: info@theboringworks.com.
What you are buying
A digital download: a file you fill in with your own details. Nothing is shipped. Each product page lists what is inside, and the Gumroad product page spells out the contents and file format before you pay.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Checkout, payment, receipts, and file delivery are handled by Gumroad, so we never see your card details. Gumroad's terms apply at checkout. A discount code such as TBW40 works as described when you enter it at checkout.
Delivery and access
Gumroad emails your download link as soon as payment goes through, and the files stay in your Gumroad library for good. See delivery and downloads.
Refunds
Email info@theboringworks.com within 30 days of buying and you get your money back. See the refund policy.
Your licence: what you can do
- Use the files in your own business and in the work you do for clients.
- Let your team use them inside your business.
- Edit them, add your logo, and rebrand them for your business.
What you cannot do
- Resell, give away, or post the files themselves, or pass them to other businesses.
- Sell an edited version as a product of your own.
No promised results
These systems are tools. We do not promise income, revenue, or any specific result. What you get out of them depends on how you use them. They are general information, not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and a planner is not a treatment.
